Return Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You have to pay the return costs yourself, but they will be refunded.
Returned products must be faultless, unused and in their original packaging.

You should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of returning your package to the sender, but in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes the transit time we get to receive your return from the sender (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process your return after we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you want to return a product, first contact us and tell us your order number and the information about the product to be returned. We will respond quickly and give instructions for returning the ordered products.

You can return the same order with a full refund only (1) time.

If you want to exchange the product, follow the instructions in the “Return policy” section.
After this, you must place a new order.

Notice to EU consumers: According to Article 16 c and e of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:

1. delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly identified;
2. sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its own discretion.

This policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.

But as an exception to this right, Natureforce offers its customers, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction (1) one free return, excluding face masks and other possible hygiene products. However, reserves the right to decide on a full refund at any time, at its sole discretion, if this refund is used repeatedly or otherwise detrimental to our business..

All complaints regarding misprints/damaged/defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Regarding packages lost during transport, all complaints must be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Reimbursements deemed to be errors will be reimbursed at our expense.

The return address is set to Printful by default. When they receive a returned shipment, you will be sent an automatic email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s service is not used as a return address, you are responsible for all returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect address – If you provide an address as a customer that the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the Printful location. You will be responsible for reshipment charges once they have confirmed the updated address for you (if and where applicable).

Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments will be returned to and you will be responsible for reshipment costs to yourself (if and as applicable).

We do not accept sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not returnable due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that returned orders with face masks cannot be reshipped and will be destroyed.

To avoid unnecessary returns and product exchanges, read the description texts attached to the product carefully and also look at the Size Chart when ordering clothes and try to ensure the right size for your needs.
